³ÉÈ˵çÓ° – the trading name of Ealing, Hammersmith and ³ÉÈ˵çÓ° – is proud of its experienced and diverse Board that is representative of the communities it serves. Some governors are unpaid volunteers appointed directly by the Board from the general public and others are elected by the staff and students of the college. We also have co-opted governors who join one of the Committees to share a particular expertise or experience and only attend these meetings.
Governors help us to meet the needs of our local campus communities by bringing insight, experience and ideas. We are keen to involve people of all ages, careers and cultural backgrounds. We seek to foster an environment where differences are respected and valued, and where everyone is encouraged to contribute fully.
The Board operates a traditional committee structure and has the following Committees:
Governors also play an active role in college life through support and advice, as well as attending events and promoting the good work the college does in the community.
The Board welcomes expressions of interest in becoming a governor or co-opted governor – if you would like to know more please email Esther Mato Rial, Governors Support Officer at e.matorial@wlc.ac.uk
