Accessibility Statement

The ³ÉÈ˵çÓ° website has been designed with accessibility in mind – we want you to be able to find your way around the site and get the information you are looking for quickly and easily.

For example, that means you should be able to:

• change colours, contrast levels and fonts
• zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
• navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
• navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
• listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

We’ve also tried to make the website text as simple as possible to understand. 

Some of the ways we have made this site accessible include:

Text

• Easy to view colour schemes that are clear and use high contrast
• Web-friendly font and text size
• Open layout with precise headings to aid usability

Screen Readers

All images contain ‘ALT’ tags which are text descriptions of the visual image. We have also used descriptive links instead of ‘click here’ so that you know where a link will take you.

PDF Accessibility

All PDF documents on this website have been optimised for web viewing, many are embedded using Issuu. Where we have used Issuu, most PDFs are available to download for local use. If you experience any problems in opening or reading a PDF, you may need to download  (available for free on the Adobe website).

Captions

All videos with sound are embedded using YouTube; this offers an automatic caption service, which we have reviewed for accuracy. Live video streams do not have captions; we do not plan to add captions to live video streams because live video is , however, we do review and add captions for post-live on-demand viewing.
